The checklists are in Spanish, as the documents are issued by Mexican authorities.
Not sure which one you are?
- Legal entity (Persona Moral): your company is incorporated (S.A. de C.V., S.A.P.I., S. de R.L., etc.) and has articles of incorporation.
- Individual with business activity (PFAE): you invoice under your own name for your business or professional activity.
- Individual (Persona Física): you apply under your own name, without a business activity registered with the SAT.
